This is a about Mr. Lekshmanan (M-21) alias Raja son of Mr.Seetharaman (Late).

 On 20.01.2010 on his way back to home from college with a friend on a Bike, by around 16.00 hrs, the bike he was travelling collided head on with another bike and all of them were taken to Trivandrum Medical College .

 Mr.Lekshmanan had a fractured leg and severe burns in his back and front as per initial assessment at Trivandrum Medical College .

 But since Mr.Lekshmanan had other symptoms and could not move the right hand, he was taken to Kim’s hospital immediately. Since his condition deteriorated and the burned areas got infected he was moved to Special ICU and was on ventilator for nearly 7 days costing about Rs.40000.00 per day.

 At KIMS Mr.Lekshmanan had undergone a “Vascular Surgery” on the right side in the midnight of 20.01.2010, further to than a rod was inserted on his right thigh, on a later surgery plates were inserted in his Jaws, after a week a plastic surgery was done on his back area.

 He has tube inserted for foods since the operation on the jaws.

 Mr.Lekshmanan need to undergo one more operation after a month and has to do

Physiotherapy for a Year

 Born to Mr.Seetharaman (Late) & Mrs. Meenakshi Seetharaman (Latha) and brought up in Trivandrum , Mr.Lekshmanan after finishing his + 2 (computer science) at SMV SCHOOL , Trivandrum had Joined Mohandas Engineering College , ANAD, via Nedumangadu on the outskirts of Trivandrum (20 Kms) and was undergoing the final semester in mechanical Engineering. Exams are expected in a month or so.

 Since Mr.Seetharaman who was doing Support on Sales and service of HT Generators passed away in 2004, Mrs. Meenakshi Seetharaman livelihood is earned by working as maid servant in the Brahmin family homes. She has been availing free 5 kilo Rice from Sree Dharma Sastha Kshema Nidhi, Trivandrum . They are living in a rented house of

Rs.1000/- Mrs. Meenakshi Seetharaman need to take care of the studies of Mr.Lekshmanan, and her 2^nd sibling Miss.Aiswarya.

 Miss.Aiswarya is to write her 10^th final exams in couple of week’s time.

 A mama by name Mr.Ramdoss and another mami is helping them financially for the studies of Miss.Aiswarya and Mr. Lekshmanan.

 Mr. Lekshmanan has availed an Education loan of about 1.6 lakhs from State Bank of Travancore, Karamana Branch in Trivandrum .  

It said that even though at the eve of her 10^th Exams, Miss Aiswarya is leading & handling her brother’s requirement with the help of many a friends of Mr.Lekshmanan. Fellow students are helping the family in their daily chores also.

 Till date the treatment expenditure has exceeded FIVE lakhs and is expected some where around SEVEN or even more.

 The college Management and the students had organised about 2 Lakhs and the relatives about a Lakh and fifty. The Son of the MD of the Hospital is known to Mr.Lekshmanan, hence the management has agreed for some discounted rates. Altogether they had paid something above 3.5 lakhs.

 Still there is a deficit of about 3 lakhs plus

Appeal for Karthik Paramesh Calicut

 I have an Appeal for and on behalf of Mr.Karthik Paramesh, the boy who is with us in this world, but could not enjoy his life as it would have been. He does not belong to my/our family but he is part of us. I had been longing to do something for him but why some thing? If what I believe is true we all could make is life Happier, buy making is surroundings conducive for his normal growth. Let me not puzzle much more.

 Mr.Karthik Paramesh, Male 22, well built, he looks like our neighborhood boy, he should have started supporting his family by now but his FATE it is different. Let us all together Pray not be cursed like what the life he has now.

Mr.Karthik Paramesh, is Mentally Retarded & Epileptic and his disability to perform as a normal human is termed 75%, he needs close supervision and cannot function independently says his medical report, issued by Medical board of Calicut Medical College.

His father Mr.Ramakrishnan P P (Late), born and brought up in Kannur.

Mr.Ramakrishnan was son of Mr.Parameswara Iyer, who is no more.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Mr.Ramakrishnan was working in a Godrej Dealers place and also was doing Shanthi in a temple.

 He got married to a girl named Jayashree in 1984 this was an Intercaste marriage, which was not accepted by his family and our community members.                                                                                        

Mr.Karthik Paramesh was born on 15^th July 1986.                                             

I came to know about him through is Uncle (Chitappa, only brother of Mr.Ramakrishnan) Mr.Sivaraman (35), unmarried, who works here in Trivandrum at the retail outlet of SPENCERS, he earns about Rs.5000.00 in a month and is the sole bread winner for this family of five.

About their family:

Mr.Karthik Paramesh, `s paternal Grandmother(76) is alive, living with her daughter, whom is married and working in a Bakery, her husband is running an STD booth.

Mr.Karthik Paramesh, mother Jaysree`s father is not alive, mother (70) is alive, Jaysree`s brother is working has a coolie. Jayashree have one elder and younger sister, both working in some departmental store.

Mr.Karthik Paramesh, have 2 younger sisters, one is aged 18, studying for BSC Nursing in a college at Mangalore, availing bank loan from Calicut arranged and availed because of the good heart of a Manager in South Indian Bank, the second one studying in 9^th standard.

Ms.Jayashree (42) by herself is an Asthma patient and had not gone to any work since the death of Mr.Ramakrishnan, Karthik Father. Since Karthik is well built and violent most of the time, he has to be kept locked and constantly monitored because of fits.

The medical history of Mr.Karthik Paramesh is also enclosed herewith. The family needs at least Rs.100.00 per day. Because of the taboo of Intercaste marriage Mrs Jayashree and Kids are living in a Muslim dominated area, Chithan House, Poovattuparambu, Calicut.8, which is 13 kilometers away from Calicut town.

I request that some one who is in Calicut, visit them and verify the details and file a report so that if we could support the studies of the two young girls and medicine for Mr.Karthik Paramesh,. The monthly medicine need comes up to Rs.3500.00 approximately.

Currently Mr.Karthik Paramesh is taken to “National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences, Bangalore by taxi from Calicut once in 3 months for review and very recently at the end of 2009, all dosages of medicines are increased.

Destiny had brought me to the feet of Bagawan Sreekrishna at Guruvayoor and made me script the following to be beneficial for his lakhs and lakhs of devotees and to spread the message of a Unique Show of unity and Noble concept by the members of Guruvayoor Brahamana Samooham.

Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House by Guruvayoor Brahamana Samooham is what I have penned here for you.

Guruvayoor Brahamana Samooham at East nada is already well known for decades for its free distribution of Drinking water to the Devotees of Bagawan Sreekrishna and very lately for the DAILY SAMARADHANA (ANNADHANAM) for its community members. A Dharma Sastha temple is also housed in this building.

For partaking in the Annadhanam, on has to report at the Guruvayoor Brahamana Samooham and have a free registration of their name/s before 10 am of the day you wish to partake. Most of whom who had had this Annadhanam, had generously contributed to the Samooham, which helped them to continue this Samaradhana. Approximately 120 persons are Partaking in this Samaradhana on daily basis as said by one of the executive members.

If you wish to do Samaradhana for a day in remembrance of your beloved or to share you happiness on special occasions, you could do the same by remitting Rs.2500.00 per instance.

Here in this Guruvayoor Samooham madam, you have the facility to do Masa / Ammavasiya Tharpanams, small get together, Upanayanam, Marriages etc

On 26^th April 2004 the foundation stone for Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House was laid by Kanchi Periyaval.

Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House was inaugurated by Shri. P.R Raman, Hon. Justice, High Court of Kerala on the 7^th of November 2009.

Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House has a built up area of 12000 sq.ft. On four floors(GF+3) with about 21 double rooms, 1 AC doubles room and a Suite room.

Rooms are well designed and the temple is just about 200 meters from Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House and this proximity helps us to wake up ourselves hearing the divine Njanapana sung by P Leela.

Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House has excellent & wider marble laid stair ways, huge ideally located window allowing fresh air and light every where within.

The entrance is well paved with concrete bricks, the wider entrance and the slope is helpful for the elderly people. The reception is wide and well placed to attend to all the visitors and a Bubbletop is also placed for having filtered drinking water. One could also see good mural painting in the reception facing you.

Sree Sankara Nilayam Guest House Is equipped with EPABX connections to all its rooms and the Guest House does not have any kind of room service.
